Milton Carroll is the chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Instrument Products, Inc., a Houston-based company he founded in 1977 that specializes in the manufacturing of oil field equipment and other technology products. He is also a director of Reliant Energy, Ocean Energy, Inc., Houston Endowment, Inc., TEPPCO Partners, L.P., and Health Care Services Corp.
