Approximately 15% of the students pursuing an MBA through the full-time Flores
MBA program are from countries other than the U.S. Students
from all over the world have pursued their MBA degree at LSU
including students from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canada, China,
France, Germany, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia,
Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Pakistan, South Africa, Sweden, and
Venezuela.
International applicants must demonstrate English language
proficiency by taking the Test
of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) through the Educational
Testing Service (ETS), since all international students
are expected to read, speak, and understand English fluently.
Application Procedures
The deadline for international students to apply online to the LSU Graduate School is May 15. Please submit your application on time.
Use the list below as a guide for completing your MBA application:
- Apply to the LSU Graduate School by completing the online
Application for Admission to Graduate Degree Program
and paying the $25 application fee via credit card.
- Complete the online MBA Supplemental Application.
NOTE: We will send
you an email with your login information after we receive your application from the
LSU Graduate School.
- Send your current professional resume to:

- A recommendation letter can be sent to the same address above, but this is optional.
- Send two sets of official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate
work (Include degree statements and an English translation
of each foreign document), completed
immunization form, and proof of financial support to:

- Submit your TOEFL and GMAT scores to LSU (test code is 6373).
NOTE: On exam day you may select up to five schools to receive your scores. If on test day you did not select LSU to receive your scores, please order additional score reports from ETS.

Additional Resources for International Applicants
The International Services
Office (ISO) assists LSU international students with admission,
arrival and immigration services, temporary housing, health
insurance, ID cards, and emergency loans. ISO also provides
new students with orientation and with adjustment to new surroundings.
The International Cultural Center (ICC) also offers a variety of services for international students such as greeting them at the airport and bus station and providing transportation to and from campus.
