Admissions Requirements:

The following minimum admission requirements must be met:

1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution or the equivalent from a foreign institution.


2. Previous work experience required (3 years for PMBA and 5 years for EMBA)

3. An acceptable score on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
.

4. A grade-point average of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) on all undergraduate work completed and graduate work attempted.


5. Acceptance by the LSU Graduate School
.

Acceptance by the Flores MBA Admissions Committee (Interview will be scheduled after all scores and applications have been submitted).

 International Requirements

Applicants are considered for the Fall semester only. The important dates are:

• September 1, 2007 -- Application season begins
• May 15, 2008 -- Final day to apply online to the LSU Graduate School for Fall of 2008. Students applying after May 15, 2008 will have to request a paper-based application from the Graduate School and pay a $25 late application fee.
• May 16, 2008 -- First day to apply to the LSU Graduate School for Fall of 2009.

Application is a two step process.
Please submit your application materials to the appropriate offices listed below.

Step 1 – The LSU Graduate School:

1. The online Graduate Admissions Application form.
2. $25 application fee (online payment).
3. Two sets of official transcripts of all previous college or university work.
4. GMAT score (Full-Time Program: 16D-L6-57, Professional MBA or the Executive MBA: 16D-L6-86).
5. Completed immunization form.
6. Financial statement (international students only).
7. TOEFL scores (international students only). Please view the Graduate School standards for exceptions.

Step 2 – The E. J. Ourso College of Business Office of Flores MBA Programs:

Once we have received your information from the LSU Graduate School, you will receive an email with login information to complete our MBA Supplemental Application. We can process your application only after this step is complete.

1. MBA supplemental application.
2. Applicants can submit one letter of recommendation, but this is optional.
